Diamond V^® names Heather Steffen Resource Coordinator 

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (March 7, 2008)—Diamond V^®  has named Heather Steffen as a Resource Coordinator for North America. In her new position, Steffen will be responsible for supporting Diamond V field staff in the implementation of the overall business plan.

Before joining Diamond V, Steffen worked as an Account Executive with Iowa Farmer Today where she was responsible for placing advertisements and building new relationships with prospective clients.  She also worked for Land O’Lakes, Inc. as a Livestock Production Specialist, assisting dairy producers with feed sales and other nutrition-related services. While in college, Steffen served as an intern with Lyon Jerseys in Toledo, Iowa, and as an animal caretaker with the National Animal Disease Center.

“Heather has a great background and experience in the dairy business, and we’re happy to have her on our staff,” says Jim Keppen, Diamond V North American Business Unit Director. 

Steffen graduated from Iowa State University in 2006 with a B.S. in Dairy Science and Animal Science.  She currently resides in Garber, Iowa.
