Jessica Smith Receives Diamond V Sponsorship

Upcoming 8-year-old equestrian-star Jessica Smith
recently received sponsorship from Diamond V Mills.

"Jessica is a talented and smart girl who has been really shining in competitions these past few years," says Paul Kropp, Business Development Manager, Equine & Specialty Feeds, Diamond V Mills. "Diamond V Mills is proud to sponsor Jessica. Like our XP Yeast Culture, Jessica represents quality and performance."

Smith, who began competing as a four year old, was named the Nine-and-Under Girls' All-Around Champion in the Region 3, Texas High School Rodeo Association in 2005 and received a saddle. In 2004, she was named the All-Around Champion at the American Junior Rodeo Association finals and received a CM two-horse trailer. She also was named the World Champion Eight-and-Under All-Around Girl in the American Junior Rodeo Association and received a saddle.

During 2005, Smith will be competing in events sponsored by the American Junior Rodeo Association, West Texas Rodeo Association, Central Texas Youth Rodeo Association, Pro-Youth Rodeo Association, National Barrel Horse Association, and American Quarter Horse Association.

Diamond V Yeast Culture also has proven to be an equestrian star. Studies have shown that Yeast Culture assists in the digestibility of both fiber and carbohydrates. By helping to make more nutrients available from the ration, Yeast Culture supports equine performance and the sound growth of young animals. Many feed companies now routinely include Diamond V XP Yeast Culture in their equine feeds
