Carranza joins Diamond V to lead Farm Certification Unit
Cedar Rapids, Iowa (June 5, 2019) — Diamond V welcomes Rodrigo Carranza as Director of Market Access – Head of Farm Certifications Unit, part of the company’s Market Access team.
“I’m excited to have Rodrigo join us,” said Dr. Darin Henry, Global Director of Ruminant Business Strategy & Food Safety for Diamond V. “Earlier this year, we announced the acquisition of Agri-Ed, Inc, which operates the Dairy Quality Center and certifies dairy, beef, and veal herds across the U.S. for packers, processors, and retailers under the Verified Premium Plus Audit Program.

Prior to joining Diamond V, Carranza worked for Boehringer Ingelheim as Head of Marketing, Latin America – Cattle. Before that, he was a National Sales Leader for the Dairy Enterprise Group at Cargill. He also worked with Pfizer/Zoetis for 16 years, finishing his tenure as an associate director with the company’s U.S.-based divisions of Centralized Business Services and Diagnostics Platforms.
